fantastic stay!
fresh paint sitting space huge bed efficient bathroom
i had such a nice stay. the room had fresh paint and so much space with areas to sit and loads of space for storage. the bed was huge and very comfortable. the bathroom was big and very efficient with a ledge for all my things!
street noise was a little loud, even with the windows closed.

the location is in the town center, very close to pubs and restaurants. an indian restaurant is particularly excellent and only a few yards away. i also found the river and all the shops within walking distance!

excellent stay!
super clean room friendly staff delicious meal helpful waitress
the room was super clean and included a coffee machine, really fantastic! the staff were friendly and helpful, a total win. my evening meal was delicious and the waitress, izzy, was friendly, helpful, and efficient! i loved the spotlessly clean room.
The metal stairs to my outside accessed room were slippery. This was a worry since it rained.

adequate stay
good location friendly staff broken seal black mould
the location was good it was next to the river the village was picturesque the staff were friendly and polite the pub had a traditional style.
the shower door did not close because a seal was broken there was black mould around the base the ensuite tap needed a new cartridge the door did not lock properly.

lacked fan inadequate housekeeping
the room lacked a fan despite the warm weather, so it was uncomfortable. housekeeping only visited once during my four-night stay, inconvenient. the courtyard was noisy late into the night and early in the morning due to staff activity.

Mixed feelings about my stay.
worn furniture noisy courtyard
I found the room needing some attention. The furniture looked quite worn. A fan was definitely needed because the room was too hot. The courtyard became really noisy late into the night, then early morning noises started up. Sleep was difficult.
